SALES OFFICER [San Fernando (Pampanga), Cainta, Sta. Rosa (Laguna), Las Piñas and Davao]

Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in attaining branch’s targets. Recommends and implements marketing strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year business-related course
  • Must have a background in branch operations
  • With at least two (2) years experience in marketing, account management and solicitation, and deposit generation
  • Above average interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

SERVICE OFFICER [Calamba and Sta. Rosa, Laguna]

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operation, prompt and efficient delivery of service in the tellering, cashiering and ATM sections of the branch.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year business-related course
  • With at least two (2) years experience as Cashier Assistant or Cashier in a bank or has 5 years work experience in branch/retail banking

BRANCH OFFICER POOL [2 vacancies: For Manila and Cebu]

Responsibilities

Fill in the position of Sales/Service Officer of his branch/area of assignment; Processes all transactions within his area of responsibility on a timely and efficient manner in accordance to the established bank policies and procedures and authorized limits.

SALES ASSOCIATE [Metro Manila and South Luzon Area]

Responsibilities

Provides direct assistance to facilitate the opening of various types of deposit accounts. Assist clients with existing accounts and giving out information or responding to queries on products and services of the Bank. Receives cash or check deposits and loan payments. Performs daily balancing of transactions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year business course
  • Preferably, with at least one (1) year experience in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • At least 5’2″ for female and 5’5″ for male

Head Office Requirements:

ACCOUNT OFFICER ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing overall monitoring and administrative support to the Account Management Division with regard to marketing, documentation, monitoring of accounts, and implementation of transactions on a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the established bank policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year business-related course
  • At least one (1) year experience in Account Management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good interpersonal, time management, and multi-tasking skills

SALES OFFICER [Card Sales]

Responsibilities

Develops business plans and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of goals and profitability. Maps out potential customers and sources of card issuances. Coordinates with marketing on collaterals, brochures and other materials needed to attain volumes. Provides status reports to management on overall sales activities. Prepares sales proposals from information gathered.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year business course
  • With at least two (2) years experience in Sales and/or Marketing
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • With pleasing personality and good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent marketing, selling and negotiation skills

LOANS PROCESSING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

Primarily responsible in the implementation of transactions supported by instruction sheets. Receives instruction sheets from the Account Officers whether it is a loan release, loan renewal, and loan extension or loan payments. Ensures that the loan availment is within the approved credit limit of the borrower. Encodes loan bookings in the loan system and generates copy of statement loan evidencing credit to borrower’s account or issuance of Manager’s Check if applicable.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year business course
  • Preferably at least one (1) year experience in the same field
  • Knowledgeable in loans documentation
  • Customer-oriented, keen with details and has a strong sense of urgency
  • With above average communication skills

TREASURY SUPPORT OPERATIONS HEAD

Responsibilities

Checks details on Trade confirmation to be forwarded to counterparty of the Bank’s purchase or sale of US dollar. Verifies successful settlement of Outward Telegraphic Transfer Instruction against Wachovia’s SOA. Checks payment instructions prepared by the assistant for incoming remittances, prior to transmission to concerned branch. Ensures that deal is properly coordinated and/or confirmed with Counterparty. Reviews and updates policies for the enhancement of TSOD.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of any business course, preferably with basic accounting subjects
  • At least one (1) year experience in the same field
  • Knowledge in various systems and reportorial requirements is an advantage
  • With above average communication skills
  • Must be highly analytical and particular to details
  • Proficient in MS Applications

AUDIT EXAMINER

Responsibilities

Responsible for executing plans and work program as assigned by the Audit Officer/Team Leader. Conducts actual fieldwork in branches and head office units, in compliance with established policies and procedures of the Bank, as well as laws and circulars issued by the various banking regulatory bodies. Prepares audit working papers and performs analysis, evaluation and validation of sensitive data gathered.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • With at least one (1) year experience as Auditor in banking or financial institutions
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly analytical, resourceful and with strong leadership skills
  • With careful attention to details and can work under deadline pressure
  • Good interpersonal, time management, and multi-tasking skills

POLICY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

Provides assistance in reviewing and updating the existing policies of the Bank. Administers the revision of draft policies being reviewed by the Policy Review and Approval Process (PRAP).

  • Graduate of any four-year business course
  • With at least three (3) years experience in branch operation
  • Proficient in various MS Applications
  • Above average oral and written communication skills
  • With careful attention to details
