APPRAISER [Davao]

Responsibilities

Conducts comprehensive credit investigation and verification of loan applicant’s character, credit standing and integrity to determine client’s credit worthiness. Verifies and determines accurately the appraised value of properties offered as collateral.

Minimum Requirements

  • Preferably, a graduate of Civil Engineering; Appraiser license is a plus
  • At least two (2) years relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be highly analytical, organized and resourceful

CREDIT REVIEW OFFICER [Credit Card]

Responsibilities

Ensures that credit card applications and cardholder requests are evaluated, processed and decided in accordance with approved credit policies and procedures and within the prescribed turnaround time.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of a four-year business course
  • With at least two (2) years experience in credit card business
  • Above average interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

CREDIT ANALYST [Credit Card]

Responsibilities

Supports Credit Officer in verifying credit worthiness of an applicant and ensures that all required data and documents are complete. Evaluates credit card applications and recommend appropriate action.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of a four-year business course
  • Preferably with at least two (2) years experience in credit card processing
  • Above average interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

Responsible in the collection and recovery of past due accounts, reduce the flow rate and return to current status the delinquent accounts.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of a four-year business course
  • With experience in handling past due accounts or willing to be trained
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Above average communication skills

IT AUDITOR

Responsibilities

Conducts audit of Bank’s technology processes and security. Performs IT general and application controls reviews and information security assessment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • With at least two (2) years experience in IT Audit. CISA certification, an advantage.
  • Proven skills in leadership, organization, facilitation and articulation
  • Above average interpersonal and communication skills

ROVING TELLER [Head Office]

Responsibilities

Responsible for pickup/delivery of cash to and from branches and clients. Also does the loading and retrieval of ATM Offsites.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of a four-year business course
  • Preferably with experience in tellering, ATM cash loading and deposit pickup servicing functions
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • With above average communication skills

LOANS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

Assists the loans officers in processing loan transactions such as loan release, extension or renewal and payment of loan.

Minimum Requirements

  • Preferably, graduate of accountancy
  • With at least six (6) months experience in loans processing
  • Proficient in MS Office applications particularly in Excel
  • Good communication skills

SECURITIES CUSTODIAN

Responsibilities

Responsible in safekeeping of collateral documents; Oversees movement of collaterals on a day-to-day basis.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of a four-year business course
  • At least two (2) years relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Must be highly analytical and organized

SYSTEMS ANALYST

Responsibilities

Responsible for creating system flow diagrams for new and existing system. Also performs assessment and evaluation of the systems used. Serves as an intermediary and facilitator between 3rd party outsource and business units in resolving application issues. Also responsible for creating minor in-house software application system.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field
  • With at least one year experience in computer systems, applications project management and systems development
  • Knowledgeable in software development, database management, credit card industry and/or banking industry

TREASURY OFFICER

Responsibilities

Assists the Treasury Head in all operational and reportorial aspects of Treasury and in all interbank activities such as money market and foreign exchange. Ensures that all the requirements of treasury are met in managing Bank position and fund management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of a four-year business course
  • With 3 – 5 years banking experience in treasury related position
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Retail Banking (For immediate hiring)

SALES OFFICER [Las Piñas, Davao and Kalookan]

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in attaining branch’s targets. Recommends and implements marketing strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year business-related course
  • Must have a background in branch operations
  • With at least two (2) years experience in marketing, account management and solicitation, and deposit generation
  • Above average interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

BRANCH OFFICER POOL [South Luzon and VisMin Area]

Responsibilities

Responsible for temporarily filling-up the position of Service or Sales Officer of his/her branch of assignment for the period and process all transactions within his/her area of responsibility on a timely and efficient basis in accordance with established bank policies and procedures and authorized limits.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year business-related course
  • Must have a background in branch operations
  • With basic accounting knowledge and marketing skills
  • Must have knowledge on BSP regulations and circulars
  • Above average interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Assists the Product Development and Marketing Head in conceptualizing and developing new products with emphasis on the improvement of the electronic banking facility. Develops product value proposition. Conducts market research and competitive landscape analysis.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of a four-year business course
  • At least one (1) year banking experience, preferably in bank product development and e-banking
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills

SALES or SERVICE ASSOCIATES [Main Office Branch]

Responsibilities SALES: PProvides direct assistance to facilitate the opening of various types of deposit accounts. Assist clients with existing accounts and giving out information or responding to queries on products and services of the Bank.
SERVICE: Timely and efficient processing of over-the-counter transactions such as cash and check deposit, withdrawals, cashing of checks, purchase/sale of foreign currency notes, bills payment, and other services.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year business course
  • Preferably, with at least one (1) year experience in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • At least 5’2” for female and 5’5” for male
  • With pleasing personality
