ACCOUNT OFFICER [CEBU]
Generate business from existing and new accounts. Markets other bank products and manages the clients’ corporate portfolios. Communicates regularly with prospective and existing clients for purposes of identifying needs and offering compatible bank products. Experience in account solicitation or business development of corporate or consumer loans is required for this position.
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Provides total quality service through proper and timely handling of customer concern, inquiries and requests received through various channels. One (1) year experience in customer service in a supervisory level is required for this position.
CARD SALES OFFICER
Develops and implements business plans and sales strategies for the attainment of sales targets and profitability. Two (2) years experience in generating sales for retail card products is required for this position.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Assists the Product Development Head in conceptualizing and developing new products with emphasis on the improvement of the electronic banking facility. Develops product value proposition. Conducts market research and competitive landscape analysis. One (1) year experience in product development is required for this position.
SALES OFFICER [Auto/Personal/Salary Loans]
Builds and retains a portfolio to achieve sales targets and service standards; Generates new loan originations and cross sells other bank products; Tracks and converts business leads referred by Branch Banking Group and other units. Two (2) years experience in loan sales is required for this position.
LOAN PROCESSING ASSISTANT
Performs timely processing of approved loan applications. Six (6) months experience in loans processing and documentation is required for this position.
Handles verification of signatures and inspection of inward checks for technicalities. One (1) year experience in signature verification is required for this position.
IT SUPPORT/ HELPDESK ASSISTANT
Provides first level applications systems support and handles coordination and monitoring of production issues/concerns reported by users.
Provides administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department by attending to inquiries received from various sales channels, pre-screening of card applications and ensuring completeness of processing requirements. Relevant experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
