Terms and Conditions

The EqB Cash Deals promotion (promo) is from September 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011.
All Equicom Credit Cardholders, whose accounts are current and active in status and with at least 3 months tenure, are eligible for the promo
Interested Equicom Credit Cardholders may submit via fax (632)2418945 or through Equicom Savings Bank (EqB) branches the following:
1. Duly accomplished request form (annex 1)
2. Valid government-issued ID
3. Photocopyof the Equicom Credit Card (front)
The amount applied for must at least be Php5,000.00 for 3, 6 and 12 months and P10,000.00 for 18 and 24 months. The minimum monthly amortization should not be below P500.00/month. The maximum amount that can be advanced should be within the cardholder’s available installment limit or P100,000.00, whichever is lower. The following terms shall apply:

Transactions are subject to approval. Processing of the application shall be as follows:
1. If via EqB branches –cash will be given immediately upon complete verification of documents and approval of cash advance transaction.
2. If via Fax –funds will be deposited to cardholder’s current or savings accounts with Equicom Savings Bank or other banks within 5 working days from receipt of the application and supporting documents.
If the cardholder pays only a portion of the monthly installment due, the unpaid balances shall be subject to interest and penalty charges based on the prevailing interest rate.
In case of pre-termination, the cardholder shall pay a pre-termination fee of 5% of the unpaid principal amount or P500.00, whichever is higher.
Equicom Savings Bank shall have the absolute right to approve or reject Cash Deals applications based on its internal policies or for reasons it deems justifiable. Thus, if the cardholder has no sufficient available credit limit, Equicom Savings Bank has the sole discretion to approve only a portion of the amount applied for.

Equicom Spend and Share Program

Program Mechanics

The Equicom Key Points Big Give program will commence on February 1, 2010.
The program is open to all cardholders in good standing (the “Cardholders”).
Earned Rewards points which have been converted to cash credits via the Equicom Gift Card can be given as donation. Minimum amount for the pre-selected charitable institution is P300.00. For charities not included in the list, the minimum amount should be P2,000.00.
Interested Equicom Credit Cardholders may submit via fax the duly accomplished request form to the EqB Hotlines at (632) 2418945.
Equicom Savings Bank will be responsible for handing over the donations to the cardholder’s preferred institution/s. The charitable institution/s shall issue an acknowledge receipt to the cardholder as confirmation of the receipt of the donation.
Should the cardholder require tax benefit/credit as a result of the donation, he should coordinate directly with the institution.
Cardholders are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Equicom Key Points Rewards Program.
