Equicom Spend and Share Program

Program Mechanics

1. The Equicom Key Points Big Give program will commence on February 1, 2010.
2. The program is open to all cardholders in good standing (the “Cardholders”).
3. Earned Rewards points which have been converted to cash credits via the Equicom Gift Card can be given as donation. Minimum amount for the pre-selected charitable institution is P300.00. For charities not included in the list, the minimum amount should be P2,000.00.
4. Interested Equicom Credit Cardholders may submit via fax the duly accomplished request form to the EqB Hotlines at (632) 2418945.
5. Equicom Savings Bank will be responsible for handing over the donations to the cardholder’s preferred institution/s. The charitable institution/s shall issue an acknowledge receipt to the cardholder as confirmation of the receipt of the donation.
6. Should the cardholder require tax benefit/credit as a result of the donation, he should coordinate directly with the institution.
7. Cardholders are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Equicom Key Points Rewards Program.
