LOANS PROCESSING ASSISTANT

Processes loan transactions such as loan release/booking, renewal/ extension and loan payments. Receives and validates loan documents such as Instruction Sheets, Promissory Notes, Post Dated Checks, etc. Determine the charges and the proceeds related to loan release. Prepares and releases Statements of Account (SOAs), payment history, certifications.

  • Graduate of a 4-year business course. Preferably, with units in Accounting.

COLLECTION OFFICER

Responsible in the collection and recovery of past due accounts, reduction of flow rate and restoring delinquent accounts to current status. Manages accounts endorsed to collection agencies and monitors progress of collection efforts. Handles inbound and outbound customer calls. Makes sound decisions to resolve collection issues and concerns.

  • Graduate of a 4-year business course
  • At least one (1) year experience in receivables/collection management
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

IT AUDIT OFFICER

Conducts independent and objective assessment of controls, reliability and integrity of the Bank’s IT environment, including the evaluation of technology risk management process. Provides an assurance that important control mechanisms are in place for detecting deficiencies and managing risks in the implementation of IT.

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA); CISA license is an advantage
  • At least 2 years experience in IT audit
  • Above average skill in written and oral communication
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and IT auditing tools

AUDIT EXAMINER

Conducts audit of the different units of the Bank based on the approved audit plan. Performs objective evaluation of control adequacy and makes sound recommendation for improvement to achieve established objectives and compliance to policies and regulations.

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Experience is an advantage but not required. New CPAs are welcome to apply.

DEPUTY COMPLIANCE OFFICER/ASSOCIATE

Responsible in providing administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer in implementing the Bank’s Compliance Program and monitoring the compliance performance of all the units of the Bank. Assists in the investigation of irregularities or breaches of laws, rules, code of conduct and standards, including identified business risks.

  • Graduate of a 4-year business course
  • Experience in compliance-related work gained from a banking or financial institution is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but must be highly analytical and quick to learn. Must be inclined to digesting documents related to banking laws, rules and regulations

ACCOUNT OFFICER – BUSINESS LOANS
Makati and Cebu

Markets the business loan products of the Bank and manages the portfolios of corporate clients. Communicates regularly with prospective and existing clients for purposes of identifying needs and identifying suitable bank products.

  • Graduate of a four-year business course
  • At least three (3) years experience in account solicitation and portfolio/fund management
  • Excellent marketing, selling and negotiation skills

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Assists in servicing loan requirements of clients and monitoring interest and loan maturities of loans granted. Gathers and completes documents needed to book/release loan proceeds to clients.

  • At least 1 year experience in portfolio/fund management

MIS OFFICER

Responsible for providing management and line managers with accurate and timely information on the current and projected financial status of the banking operations on a segmented and bank-wide basis.

  • Graduate of an accountancy or any accounting-related course
  • At least 2 years experience in the same field

  • Proficient in Office application, particularly Excel/Spreadsheet

CREDIT INVESTIGATOR / APPRAISER
(for Cebu Assignment)

Responsible for the appraisal of real estate and chattels offered as collateral, appraisal of acquired assets to establish reasonable price for sale, appraisal of property subject for foreclosure and other appraisal jobs that may be assigned. Also responsible for conducting credit investigation and background check, via telephone or field verification, on prospective clients / employees of the Bank to determine their eligibility/qualification according to set standards or parameters.

  • Graduate of a business or engineering degree
  • With at least 1 year experience as an appraiser
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to do field work and must be able to drive two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles

COLLECTION ASSISTANT

ATM RECONCILIATION OFFICER

Responsible for handling various ATM processes such as ATM reconciliation, determination and resolution of discrepancies, booking of ATM entries, maintenance of ATM books, handling of captured cards and other cardholder concerns, ATM monitoring and deployment activities.

  • Graduate of a 4-year business course, preferably with units in accounting
  • At least 3 years experience in ATM operations and/or accounting

PRODUCT MANAGER – ELECTRONIC BANKING AND PAYMENTS

Responsible for developing and delivering new payment types and electronic banking channels in line with industry trends, competition, and customer demands. He develops and executes payment and channel strategies in line with the overall direction of the Bank and the Equicom Group and in coordination with internal partners and strategic third party providers.

  • Graduate of a Marketing, Business or Information Technology course
  • At least three (3) years experience as a Product Manager in a bank or related field
  • With at least three (3) years experience in internet and mobile banking platforms, electronic payments

Supervises the daily operation and efficient service delivery of the new accounts section of the branch.  Responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in attaining branch’s targets. Recommends and implements marketing strategies.

  • At least two (2) years experience in sales and marketing, account solicitation and deposit generation
  • Must have a background in branch banking operations

TELLER
(For Makati and Davao Branches)

Performs timely and efficient processing of over-the-counter transactions such as cash and check deposit, withdrawals, cashing of checks, purchase/sale of foreign currency notes, bills payment, and other services.

BRANCH RELIEVING OFFICER
(Metro Manila Area)

Responsible for temporarily filling in for the Service or Sales Officer of branches within the Metro Manila Area.

  • Graduate of a four-year business course
  • At least 1 year experience in branch operations in a banking institution as Service/Operations Officer or Sales Officer
  • Well organized and must have excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Word)

ADMIN ASSISTANT (FOR COLLECTION)

Prepares collection reports on capacity plan, flow rates, forecast, etc. Recommends collection strategies based on analytics.

ASSET MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Monitors the status of Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) accounts. Ensures that taxes, fees and assessments are up to date. Conducts regular inspection. Processes sale/lease transactions related to ROPA.

  • Experience in sale of real estate/ROPA is an advantage

SALES ASSISTANT (CREDIT CARDS)

Pre-screens and monitors credit card applications received through various sales channels. Assists in the development and implementation of card acquisition programs to ensure achievement of sales targets.

RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE

Sources and screens candidates for the personnel requirements of the Bank. Administers pre-employment exams to applicants and endorses applicants for interview by the requesting units. Facilitates new employee on-boarding. Assists in employee development and engagement initiatives of HRD.

  • Graduate of BS Psychology / BS Human Resource Management
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and hiring

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (CARDS)

SALES OFFICER – BRANCH BANKING GROUP
Las Piñas and Sta. Rosa Branches

  • Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in writing IT policies, specifications documents for system configuration, and integration, and end-user documentation, such as operations and support manuals

Supports the Litigation Officer in the handling of the Bank’s cases and acts as Compliance Coordinator of the Legal Department.

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Laws
  • A member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
