Eligibility Criteria For Company Accreditation
- Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), or other relevant government agencies.
- Must have at least 30 permanent employees
- Not engaged in businesses that are classified as high risk by Equicom Savings Bank
Pre-Accreditation Requirements
- Company Profile
- Latest General Information Sheet (GIS)
- SEC Registration and Articles of Incorporations and By-Laws
- Latest Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the past three (3) years
- Corporate Income Tax Return (BIR Form 1701) for the past three (3) years
Post-Accreditation Requirements
- Memorandum of Agreement
- Secretary Certificate
- Photocopy of two (2) valid IDs of the company’s authorized signatories with three (3) specimen signatures
